How do I get my physician to send my new prescriptions to Stellus Rx?
Physicians can select Stellus Rx from any electronic prescribing system and send new prescriptions our way.
Can I talk directly with my pharmacist?
Yes! Although our pharmacists call more patients monthly, you can speak with a pharmacist in between scheduled appointments at 855-455-2100. If you have a less urgent question, please fill out our Contact Us form and we will respond within 48 hours.
Do you take care of future refills?
Yes, refills for existing prescription medications will work the same way. Unlike traditional pharmacies, Stellus Rx does not automatically refill and send medications to patients without a quick check-in. We do this to make sure patients’ medications are working well for them and that no additional changes or follow-up are needed. We also do this to guard against unnecessary medications and medication waste.
If you have an existing prescription with Stellus Rx, expect us to reach out to you when it’s time for your refill—just like before, now with a new name.
Will I be covered by insurance?
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans, including government-administered plans. Coverage varies by state.
What are your hours of support?
Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm CST. If you have a general question outside of those hours, please fill out our Contact Us form and we will respond within 48 hours.

Didn’t you used to be called Catalyst Health Rx?
Yes. Back in 2016, we started as Thrive Pharmacy Solutions then made the switch to Catalyst Health Rx.
As we grew in service and value to more physicians, we changed our name from Thrive to Catalyst Health Rx … to showcase our deep collaboration with Catalyst Health Network, the largest independent primary care network in the Southwest. We wanted physicians in Catalyst Health Network to feel like Catalyst Health Rx could be a natural extension of the care they deliver to patients. We wanted patients to know that we would collaborate with their physicians and remove the back-and-forth that often happens between traditional pharmacies and physician offices.
In November 2022, we made the move from Catalyst Health Rx to Stellus Rx, representing the next stage of growth for our organization, as we expand to provide personalized health support well beyond Catalyst Health Network and to patients throughout the country. We’re excited about the difference we can make in healthcare as Stellus Rx and all the people we’ll be able to help.
Our core purpose remains the same: Helping Communities Thrive. But now, as we expand to help even more communities, the time is right to adopt a new name and brand that reflects our ability to provide personalized health support that people didn’t even know existed.
Has Catalyst Health Rx been bought by another company?
No, we have not been bought by another company. The new name—Stellus Rx—simply reflects a new phase of growth and opportunity for us to provide pharmacist-led, personalized health support to more people. Stellus Rx remains a privately held, proudly independent company and is still part of Catalyst Health Group.
Who do I reach out to with additional questions?
