How do I get my physician to send my new prescriptions to Stellus Rx?

Physicians can select Stellus Rx from any electronic prescribing system and send new prescriptions our way.

Can I talk directly with my pharmacist?

Yes! To speak directly with your pharmacist, you must first schedule an appointment with them. Visit your particular pharmacist’s calendly scheduling link to schedule call. You can also call us at 855-455-2100, but there will likely be hold times and you may not be able to speak to your personal pharmacist if they’re in an appointment with a patient. You can also fill out our website Contact Us form for a response within 48 business hours.

Do you take care of future refills?

Yes, refills for existing prescription medications will work the same way. Unlike traditional pharmacies, Stellus Rx does not automatically refill and send medications to patients without a quick check-in. We do this to make sure patients’ medications are working well for them and that no additional changes or follow-up are needed. We also do this to guard against unnecessary medications and medication waste. You can expect this check-in either via your pre-scheduled appointments or via text message.

Will I be covered by insurance?

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans, including government-administered plans. Coverage varies by state.

What are your hours of support?

Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm CST. Our Saturday hours are 8:00am – 12:00pm with a pharmacist available to assist any patients who call in. If you have a general question outside of those hours, please fill out our Contact Us form and we will respond within 48 hours.
