Is Stellus Rx available in all U.S. states?

Not yet, but we are working on getting licensed in all states, excluding California. Here’s is the list of the current states Stellus Rx is licensed at: Licensed States. We will be sure to communicate new licenses as soon as they’re in place.

Are there certain conditions or medications you specialize in providing support for?

Just like most pharmacies, we dispense medications to serve a wide range of patients’ health needs. Unlike any other pharmacy, we provide personalized health support that has improved the health of thousands of people who take multiple medications and whose health conditions include diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, COPD/asthma, congestive heart failure and more.

How can I communicate with my pharmacist?

Our patients have found that the best and most convenient way to communicate with their pharmacy team is via scheduled phone calls or secure text messaging. Patients are also able to call us directly at 855-455-2100.

My medications rarely change, and I know how to take them. Do I still have to talk with a pharmacist every month to get my refills?

If your medications are synced and you have no specific concerns, we can process refills via text message.

What are your hours of support?

Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm CST. Our Saturday hours are 8:00am – 12:00pm with a pharmacist available to assist any patients who call in. If you have a general question outside of those hours, please fill out our Contact Us form and we will respond within 48 hours.

Will I be covered by insurance?

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans, including government-administered plans.
Coverage varies by state.

Do you take care of future refills?

Yes, refills for existing prescription medications will work the same way. Unlike traditional pharmacies, Stellus Rx does not automatically refill and send medications to patients without a quick check-in. We do this to make sure your medications are working well and that no additional changes or follow-up with your physicians are needed. If you have an existing prescription with Stellus Rx, expect us to reach out to you within 10 days of your next refill.

Can I talk directly with my pharmacist?

Yes! Although our pharmacists call patients monthly, you can speak with a pharmacist in between scheduled appointments at 855-455-2100. Or, you can send a text message to our Dallas area phone number, 214-291-5087. If you have a less urgent question, please fill out our Contact Us form and we will respond within 48 hours.
